I have an account and bookkeeper can they both have access?

I'm glad you ask about this, jp9.

 

The number of users that are allowed to access your account depends on which version of QuickBooks Online you're using.

 

To know how many users can be added to the different versions of QuickBooks Online (QBO), check out this article: How many users can I set up?

 

In case you need a reference on how to add a user, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Select Manage users.
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Choose a user type. Then select Next.
  4. Select the access rights for the user. Then select Next.
  5. Choose the user settings, if applicable. Then click Next.
  6. Enter the user’s name and email address. Then click Save.
