HOW TO ACCESS REPORTS AND TAXES on inactive account

I need help talking to a human. I have tax information I need to receive from when my account was active. It no longer will allow me to login online to my online payroll account and I  can't access any forms. How can I get help if I can't login to get support the normal way?

It's possible that you might enter a different user ID. Please ensure you're using a frequently used user ID or email address. If yes, you can still reach out to our support using the forgot password option.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to https://c1.qbo.intuit.com/qbo1/login?sc=seq_intuit_qbo_click_signin.
  2. Select Forgot user ID or password.
  3. Enter the user ID or email.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Hit Contact customer support.
  6. Choose to Talk to an expert.
