How to add accountant to QB

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I am here to guide you on how to invite your accountant in QuickBooks Online. For the Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus subscriptions, you can invite up to two accountants. On the other hand, you can invite up to three accountants for the Advanced subscription. It's super easy. Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear Icon, then Manage Users.
2. Go to the Accountants section and click Invite Accountant.
3. Enter your accountant's email address and press Invite. 

Once done, your accountant received an email with a link for signing in to your company and will be asked to create a user ID before signing for the first time, not unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services.
