How to add an additional company to current subscription

WE have a new store opening and we need to add it to our current QB subscription, with all of the same accounts

I got you, @dcooper. I understand to need to add another business or company file in QuickBooks Online. Let me explain this further to you.

 

To start a new company, you have to subscribe to another subscription. One subscription is equal to one business file in QuickBooks Online.

 

Log into your present company when creating a new account to add this company to your current Intuit ID. When creating a new account, select the Add another business button (I'll include a screenshot for reference). Furthermore, you can use the same email address and password or the same sign-in info.
