How to add another payroll subscription( another company) to the current account

Adding another payroll account is my focus here, @nannap-investmen. You're in the right place for an answer. 

 

Hopefully, you're having a great day today. Happy to provide details on adding another payroll subscription to your current account. 

 

Each QuickBooks Online (QBO) membership should have one payroll account connected. That said, adding another payroll subscription to your current company is unobtainable. Doing this will maintain your books and forms clean and accurate.

 

You can create a standalone payroll with the same credentials in your QBO as an alternative. This way, you can quickly switch the company. Please note that the QBO details will still not be associated with this account. If you wish to continue this workaround, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to our Payroll plan & pricing, then select the version you want to use. 
  2. Choose Continue in the I only need payroll section. 
  3. Click Checkout
  4. Enter the same email you use in your QBO and hit the Sign in hyperlink below. 
  5. Click One more step and complete the billing information. 
  6. Select Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.
