How to batch pause recurring transactions

Hello there, @jcharleskipp1. Thanks for sharing your concern with us here in the QuickBooks Community. I'll be glad to share some details about pausing recurring transactions.

As of now, the option to batch pause recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. You can only pause recurring transactions one at a time. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. From the Lists column, select Recurring transactions.
3. Locate the transaction you want to modify and beside the Edit button, click the drop-down arrow.
4. Select Pause.
5. When a pop-up message appears, click Pause to confirm.
