Thank you for visiting here in the Community. I'll make sure you'll be able to cancel your subscription.

Make sure that you are logged in as an admin user to perform the process.

Here's how to cancel the subscription.
 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Choose Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Click Got it.


Once you have canceled your subscription, you'll be given "read-only access" for one year. There is still an option to resubscribe while your data is still available.
