Hello there. Let me help you in changing your font size.

For now, there's no specific option to adjust the font size exclusively for QuickBooks.

If you are using a web browser to access QuickBooks Online, you can change the font size in your browser settings. Any changes you make will affect all websites in the same browser:

Google Chrome:

  • Click the Ellipsis (three dots) in the upper right corner.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Appearance, adjust the Font size and Page zoom settings.

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click the Hamburger icon.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Update the font size as needed.

Microsoft Edge:

  • Click the Ellipsis in the upper-right corner.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Scroll down to Appearance.
  • Adjust the Font size according to your preference.

Another option is to use the Ctrl key and pressing the or - keys to adjust the font size. Alternatively, you can hold the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel up or down to achieve the same effect.

Furthermore, you can check this article to learn how to create personalized and professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, please let me know if you're referring to a different font size.

Feel free to reach out if you require additional help adjusting your font size or have any other QuickBooks-related inquiries. Stay safe.

a new graphic card was installed on my computer. Now the fonts within quickbooks are so small I can hardly read them. I tried to follow some instructions I found, however, within the preferences, neither the DESKTOP VIEW nor GENERAL have an option for fonts.

Changing the font size in Windows has been addressed, but this did not affect the small fonts on the screen within Quickbooks.

I appreciate you for following the steps to make it work, Pennees. Let me provide you with some additional steps to increase the font size in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

We can check the display settings in your QuickBooks Desktop. To do this, follow the steps provided below:

  1. From the Start menu, open the Windows.
  2. Enter "QuickBooks" into the search tab. Then right-click the QuickBooks icon and pick Open file location.
  3. In the folder, right-click the QuickBooks.exe file and choose Properties.
  4. Proceed to the Compatibility tab.
  5. Choose the Disable display scaling on the high DPI settings checkbox. You can also select Change high DPI settings and then Override high DPI scaling behavior.
  6. Pick Apply and then OK.

For additional troubleshooting options, check out solutions 2 and 3 in this article: QuickBooks Desktop display issues.

If you experience the same thing, we can perform the Verify and Rebuild Data features to investigate the issue within your company file. Once the error is identified, the  Rebuild tool will help fix them.

Feel free to revisit this page after performing the steps. We’ll be here to find solutions for you.
