How to change your Business address on all documents

I'll walk you through the steps for updating or changing your business address in QuickBooks Online.

 

If you want to change the business address that your customers see on sales forms and invoices, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  2. Click Company.
  3. Choose any section to be updated. When you select an area, more fields will appear, and the question mark for each field will tell you what it's for.
  4. Once done, hit Save and Done to finish.

 

I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team if you're referring to the business address on your payroll tax forms.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a method of communication with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
