How to correct quartly state report

Thanks for posting here in the Community, @accounting545. Let me share some insights about the quarterly state report. 

The prompt about the filled quarter report shows if you have already created a tax return for this year. You can open the archived forms to verify. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Taxes, then select Payroll Tax.
2. Click Filings.
3. Scroll down to the Filing Resources section and choose Archived forms and filings.
4. Select the form you want to view.
5. Click View.

If the form shows on the list, I suggest contacting our payroll support team to unlock the quarter. You can contact them from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. Please browse this link for detailed steps: QuickBooks Online Support.
