Welcome to the Community, @dawn37. You can run a customized Sales by Location Detail report to show your transactions in every state. Here's how: 

 

  1. In the Reports tab, enter Sales by Location Detail in the Search box
  2. Click the Customize button, then tap Filter and select the Location in the drop-down menu.  
  3. Click Run Report.
