How to downgrade the subscription from advance to essential ? What happen for the date after change to essential ?

I'll share details and steps about managing your subscriptions. 

 

There are certain features that will not be available anymore once you move from Advanced to Essentials. This includes inventory, project profitability, purchase orders, and budgeting. Because of that, the data that are part of these features will also be removed. All other information such as customer, payroll, and vendor-related entries will remain the same and will be intact in your account.

 

If you want to proceed, please contact our support team so they can walk you through the entire process. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then let them know that you want to make changes to your account.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.
