This step-by-step guide will walk you through the whole process of how to export and import your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) data to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). 

To begin, let's set up your preferences in your QBOP account. Please follow the instructions below. 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
2. Click the Pencil icon next to Export. 
3. Choose QuickBooks Online and tap Continue. 
4. Select the company you want to export into and pick the accounts for each wage expense or liability.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup.
