How to find a transaction that is on a report but I get an error message when clicking on it.

Two experts have not been able to help me reconcile a credit card. "we can help you fix it" shows an empty page.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? Along with a screenshot of the report? This way, I can gather a better view of what's going on exactly. 

 

In the meantime, have you tried clearing the cache from your browsers cache? If not, I encourage you to give that a shot. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your missing transaction. 

 

I'm including the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

 

After clearing cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.

Well, as it turned out my accountant and I agreed to just reconcile the account that had the issues as there was no way to fix it. I redid all of the reconciliations for the last 7 months. I did however just go ahead and clear history. We will see if there are any other issues. Also I had two Quickbooks experts working on it and they could not fix it.
