Try opening the sample file. Did you encounter the same issue?

Let's ensure you can access your QuickBooks Desktop, @robinhood555.

We can use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix some common issues in QuickBooks Desktop, such as freezing after you update it.

Here's how:

Steps 1. Download and Install the QuickBooks Tool Hub:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the latest version (1.6.0.5) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub from the official website.
  3. Install the tool by following the on-screen instructions.
  4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Step 2. Use the Tools in the QuickBooks Tool Hub:

The tool hub provides different tabs with tools to address specific issues:

  • Company File Issues: Use the Quick Fix My File or QuickBooks File Doctor to fix common data problems.
  • Network Issues: Resolve network-related errors (e.g., H202) while on your server computer.
  • Program Problems: Fix issues when opening or working in QuickBooks, including PDF and printing problems.
  • Installation Issues: Address installation or uninstallation problems, including 3371 errors.
  • Password Reset: Reset your admin password using the automated tool.
  • Help & Support: Contact support if the tool hub fails or for additional resources.
  • Advanced Tools: Access Windows shortcuts for troubleshooting QuickBooks errors.

Once routed to this page, I suggest choosing the Program Problems.

Let me know if you need further assistance accessing your QuickBooks Desktop or have any QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe
