How to fully integrate Pandadoc with QBO advanced??

We have integrated panda doc with our QBO account and the "save and send with pandadoc" prompt only shows up on the estimate tab. Does the app only work to send estimates and not invoices too? It would not make sense to only partially integrate with estimates and not invoices too? 

 

Has anyone had this issue?

Allow me to help with your questions about using PandaDoc, emilycline.

 

At the moment, only estimates can be sent using this app in QBO. This is why you can only see the Estimates tab when using the app. Details about the integration are discussed here: Connect Your PandaDoc Account with QuickBooks Online Advanced.

 

I recommend sending feedback about adding more sales forms when using PandaDoc inside QBO. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about the advertisements in QBO.
  3. Click Next to submit them.

 

All customer feedback and product suggestions will be sent to our Product Development team and reviewed to help improve your experience in QBO. Requests and suggestions can be tracked through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
