How to i activate the batch option-print transactions? it will not highlight.

I'll share different information and steps on how to print transactions by batch in QuickBooks Online. 

If you're referring to print sales transactions, you'll need to make sure that you put a checkmark in the box of each entry to see and active the batch option for printing transactions.

Here's how:

1. Click the Sales menu on the left panel.
2. Choose All Sales section.
3. Put a checkmark for each entry.
4. Click the Batch action button. Then, choose Print Transactions.
5. Finish the process.

If you're referring to activate the batch option for printing vendor's transactions, you'll need to make sure that you only choose one type of entry and checkmark the box when start printing. I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference.
