How to I convert QB online to desktop?

You have me to help you convert your QBO data to QBDT, tntenterprises.

Before doing so, let's review the limitation when converting the file. 

Once done, we'll have to set up security settings in Internet Explorer. Then, let's prepare the QuickBooks Desktop for the export. Afterward, you're good to export  your QuickBooks Online data. 

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Gear icon, select Export Data.
2. Enter the reason for exporting.
3. Click Learn more on the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop? section.
4. In the Download company data section, click Learn more.
5. Select Get started and then click Install ActiveX Control Now.
6. When the ActiveX finishes installing, click Continue.
7. Select the data you want to export and then select Continue.
8. Review the limitations and select Continue.
9. Enter your contact info and then Continue.

Once done, you'll receive an email that your data is ready to export. Afterward, you're good to switch over to QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, if you no longer need your QBO, you can cancel it to avoid any charges.
