How to keep software open longer in QB online? Shuts down too quickly when not in use?

You can set the Sign me out if inactive for to 3 hours. This way, you can stay logged in longer to your QuickBooks account. I'll guide you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings. 
3. On the left panel, click Advanced.
4. Scroll down to Other preferences section and choose 3 hours from the Sign me out if inactive for drop-down menu.
5. Select Save and then Done.
