How to remove/update an App Review on QBO ?

Looks like there is no option to remove or update a review for an App Review. Is there any support team that can take the request to remove a review we left on an App?

Thanks for posting to the Community, @denizbidav.

 

I'll share some insights on how you can remove or edit your review in QBO.

 

When you reviewed using iOS devices, you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap on your Apple ID at the top and then choose View Apple ID.
  2. Type in your password when prompted.
  3. Tap on Rating and Reviews.
  4. Find the QBO Review and then swipe left to reveal the Delete option.

 

For Android:

  1. Go to Google Play Store app.
  2. Search the QBO app and then scroll to the Ratings and reviews section.
  3. Then check your review and then tap the Edit icon (three dots).
  4. Select Edit or Delete.

@mv32  , thank you for the response but I am interested into removing a QBO App review , unfortuantly the document you have shared doesn't apply to this.  Please see the attachment for the app review I am talking about.

Hi denizbidav!

 

Our views and experiences with the apps we use will change from time to time, so understand why you asked this.

 

Reviewing an app is not what we normally do here as QuickBooks Support, so I tried posting one to see if there's an option to remove it. However, I found out that it will take 24 hours till my review is posted, so I cannot confirm it now.

 

What I can suggest is to log in to QuickBooks, go to the App section, and find the app. Then, find and click your review to see if there is an option to remove or modify it. On our side, we do not have the tools or methods to modify or remove a user's review for a specific app. This is beyond our support because we do not touch customer ratings on apps out of respect and integrity. However, I'm taking note of this as feedback to help us improve the options in the Reviews section.

 

On the other hand, if you need to see a reference for QBO in the future, simply click on Help and search for the topics you like.
