I'm thrilled to guide you on how you can resubscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account,

If you've received a prompt in your account to resubscribe, we can go to the Billing & Subscription page to reactivate your account.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Account & Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Hit Resubscribe.
  5. Enter the updated billing information. 
  6. Hit Subscribe.
  7. Then, log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
