Is there a way to show transferred funds (between two bank accounts) as income? If not, is there a way to show "transfers" on the Statement of Activity Report?

Thank you

It's a pleasure to see you here in the Community space, @1364802820.

When you move money from one account to another, you will need to record the transaction as a transfer in QuickBooks. Showing transfers as income isn't an option in QuickBooks. The Statement of Activity report only shows the individual sales recorded in QuickBooks Online.

Although, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report to see the transfer in both accounts. Here's how:

  1. Proceed to the Reports menu and search for Transaction Detail by Account.
  2. Make sure to change the Report period to the correct one.
  3. Select the Customize button in the upper-right.
  4. Scroll-down a bit and click Filter.
  5. Check the box for Account, then click the drop-down list beside it and select the two bank accounts.
  6. Select Run report.

You can also memorize a report that allows you to save it with its current customization settings. For detailed information, please see this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
