Question

How to update credit card information for our account's annual license renewal? I tried to do it myself, but the login and PW didn’t work although they are all correct.

Before going into detail, I want to ask if you're receiving an error when logging into the CAMPS website?

If you're trying to update the payment method you can do so by: 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com
  2. Find your subscription in the Product &Services list. 
  3. Choose Details
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information. 
  6. Click on Save and close

I tried following this as i am having a similar issue.  However, I do NOT see anything that says "Details" after i select the service.  I just have quickbooks online and quickbooks payments is all i see pop up under products and services.

 

Thoughts?

If you need to update your QuickBooks Online subscription information, you'll have to sign in to your books.
 

Here's how:
1. Log in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon, then choose Account and settings.
3. Open the Billing Subscription tab.
4. Click the Pencil (✏️) icon beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card details.
6. Confirm the address in QuickBooks matches what's on your credit card statement.
7. Once everything looks correct, select Confirm Card or Save.

i have QB Desktop Pro 2020. I have spent HOURS talking to people in India and they do not understand my question!  My account does not have a payment method.  Not sure why I did with previous accounts, but not with this one.  The Payment Method is blank and can not be accessed.  No one on the phone can help.  I told them I have an annual payroll subscription renewal and monthly usage charges.  They told me not to worry about it, so guess  we will see what happens when they try to charge the credit card I cancelled ...

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community with your question about Payment Method information. I'd be glad to show you where to go to get this done in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Meanwhile, if you wish to update your payroll account's billing and subscription info, make sure to log in as an admin to your account so that you can update your billing information. Otherwise, the payment option will be available. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Employees menu at the top.
  2. Choose My Payroll Service, and then tap Account/Billing Information.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login, and then select Billing Detail.
  4. The level of info may vary depending on your contact role. If you don't see any details under the Billing Details box, this means that you're not the current billing contact. To change the holder or the billing contact, please contact us.
  5. Click Edit billing info, and then enter your new billing info.
  6. Hit I Agree to continue.
