Question
How/where do I get a copy of my merchant agreement from my account? The site is not very user freindly or helpful at all
I login to my account but do not see any pertinent information that I need.
Quick Books stole money from my bank account without my permission! A bad actor(customer) file free credit card dispute and I responded through quickbooks site on the due date by uploading many documents and photos. Quick books said will review documents and respond in 2 days.
They responded and said case closed because no response from me(merchant). The system has a lot of glitches in it. I spoke to Marta she said "yes I see the documents you uploaded and its a lot , we do have a glitchy system" I apologize I'll reopen the case and escalate to my supervisor(s).
They have just continued to ignore us and now I get a collections call and they prematurely closed our merchant account while in dispute making it even more difficult.
I am very disgusted with quickbooks tactics . I had a very high opinion of them until I started researching and seeing all their complaints(2,900 of them) wow! that's a lot. Very disgusting behavior. We have of 350+ faithful and happy customers.
Sometimes you get that one horrible egg that just rots and stinks to high Heavan. Quickbooks clearly shows they don't value their merchants as they pretend to do! They have made a lot of $ in fees double dipping our customers and merchant(s)(me). I can not get a qualified person who can actually help us. There is no direct number to call only the main number that gives you the run around. Now im interviewing attorneys to file potential lawsuit against all parties involved (such a waste of time here) Signed, thoroughly frustrated/disgusted previously loyal merchant
