I accidentally started a quickbooks online payroll trial and i am unable to cancel it. I dont have a "billing" section in my settings. How can i cancel this?

Let me provide you the possible reasons you're unable to view the Billing & Subscription section in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

• You're a standard user. Contact the Master Administrator to change your access.
• You purchased the program via iPhone, iTunes, Android, or Google Play Store. Check out this article for the detailed steps on how to cancel: Cancel a QBO subscription purchased through an app store.
• Your account is under an accountant's wholesale billing. Contact your accountant to cancel the payroll.
• Your payroll account is bundled with QuickBooks. Contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team to cancel your payroll.

Once done, you should be able to cancel your QBO payroll trial account through the Billing & Subscription section from the Account and Settings menu. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Accounts and Settings.
3. Choose the Billing & Subscription section.
4. In the Payroll section, select the Cancel hyperlink.
5. Select the Continue to cancel button.
6. Complete the short survey.
7. Click the Confirm cancel button.
