I added a user and they get the following message when they try to login "Your administrator has not granted you access to Quickbooks Online Plus" and I don't know why

I am an admin, but not Master Admin and I'm trying to add the user as another admin. Does the Master Admin have to create the user?

This is a reported ongoing issue, @jbrandon4pa.

 

Let me share some information about the error prompt you've received. 

 

Currently, our Product Engineers are working on an investigation to determine the root cause of this error.

 

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so you'd be added to the affected users' list. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and this investigation number: INV-51953. Rest assured, once updates are available you'd be notified through an email. Here's how to contact us:

  1. Goto the Help icon. 

  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.

Just a heads up, we have limited expert support staff and reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to the ongoing pandemic.
