I already have QB online but I can't get out of QB Self-employed. Every time it logs me into self employed which I have no information stored. Terrible design. Help!

First, we need to make sure that the email address you used to sign up is the same one you use to sign in to QuickBooks Online.

However, if you're still routed to QuickBooks Self-Employed, I suggest contacting our support . They have the tools to pull up your account and assist you further. Here's how: 

1. Click Assistant at the top.
2. Type talk to a human.
3. Select from Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
