I already paid for quickbooks self employed through April 2021. Now when I log in you are trying to force me to pay again. This is the 2nd time this has happened!

Our specialists can check your subscription and billing information in a secure space. From there, they’ll thoroughly trace why you’re asked to pay for the account. Then, explain in detail the cause of the issue. They’ll provide a solution once the permanent fix is available.  

 

  1. Tap the Help icon at the top and then hit the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter the issue or topic in the Ask a question (or tell us what’s wrong) field.
  3. Hit the Continue menu to view the support options.
  4. From there, choose Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a Callback.
