Hello there, jruelas-trismart.

 

Did you still get the option to resubscribe to your accounts? If you purchased QuickBooks Self-Employed through Google Play, iTunes, or Apple app store, you can update or pay your subscription directly from them: Google (Android) and Apple (iOS).

 

On the other hand, if you subscribed from us, you'll want to verify if the payment successfully went through by logging in to your Quickbooks Self-Employed account using a private browser. Then, go to the gear icon and select Billing info. You can also click here for more details.

 

If you're able to see the next billing period and you're not prompted to resubscribe, you can switch back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Stored browser resources can sometimes cause unexpected behavior within frequently visited sites. 

 

I'd still suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can securely check your subscription payments. They can also send you a receipt or invoice of your payments.
