I am a bookkeeper and my client pays for his QuickBooks Plus subscription. but QuickBooks online still requires resubscribing. please solve this problem.

At times, an excessive amount of cached data in a web browser can lead to unexpected issues with the product. This might be why QuickBooks Online still requires resubscribing even after your client has paid the subscription.

 

To isolate the issue, let's access his account using a private browsing window. This will allow us to determine if the problem is related to cached data and resolve it. You can do this by using the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

Once done, review his Subscriptions and billing page. If it works, return to his regular browser and clear its cache. This will help eliminate any browser-related issues and refresh the browser's settings. If the issue persists, use other compatible browsers instead.
