Question

I am adding an additional user, but she is unable to accept payments on her Quickbooks as it says our "online account" is not connected. I have full access. Ideas?

We are both set up as administrators. Per online support we deleted her and readded.  It gave her access for one (1) payment.  Now its back to the error.

Hello there, martha-denverexp.

 

Ensure that the user turns on the online payments feature. I'm here to help you out.

 

Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Payments.
  2. Select Connect QuickBooks Payments.

 

Just a heads up, payments will automatically turn on if it’s already connected to your QuickBooks Online account. If not, you’ll be redirected to Account and settings in QuickBooks Online to complete the connection.

 

They'll receive an email once the connection is complete. It can take a couple of hours for Payments to be connected.
