Question

I am checking on my refund promised me on 7/15/20 when I cancelled my online subscription. The refund amount was $240 and was supposed to be processed in 5-10 days.

Since refund processing requires checking of your personal account information, we're unable to access it here in the Community. I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Support. They have special tools that can verify the status of your refund.

 

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Open your QBO account, then go to (?) Help.
  2. Select Contact Us. Then enter a brief description of your case.
  3. Hit Let's talk. Then, choose Get a call.
  4. Enter your personal info. Then, Confirm my call.

With these steps, you're able to check your refund status.
