I am getting all zeros when I try to export reports to excel? I keep the books for a charity on my work PC, which I just got upgraded, didn't have this issue on old pc.

Hello, ian-t-nelson.

Thank you for reaching to the Community. Don't worry, I'm here to help you get this issue sorted out. First, let's assess this issue if this is related to a browser problem by using an incognito/private browser. This feature doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to test if there's an issue with the browser. Just follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser.

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once done, try to export report to excel again. Once, you'll able to view all the data in excel. we'll need to clear the cache to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, you can use a different browser

Lastly, for depth insight about exporting reports and other data in excel, you can refer to this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
