I am having trouble connecting my paypal business credit card thru concerta / webbank. i dont see it on the list of banks and no help putting in the URL login

Thanks for dropping by the Community. You got me here to ensure you can connect your PayPal to QuickBooks Online with Concerta and Web Bank.

 

There are several reasons why you need help finding or connecting to your bank. Please see the listed below:

 

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list.
  • Your bank only connects to some accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

 

Suppose the issue persists after trying all the options matching your bank's name. We can request support from your bank. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Banking.
  2. Hit Connect account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can't find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  4. If you still need help finding your bank, click Request.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
