I am having trouble efiling payroll reports

Let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window. This way, we can check if this issue is due to stored data from the browser. 

 

Stored data for a long period causes unusual behavior to your browser that can affect the performance of your QBO account. To open a private or incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P 

Once in a private or incognito window, try to E-file your payroll reports again to double-check and ensure the credentials are correct. If you're able to submit the return, then we'll need to clear your regular browser cache. This will give your browser a clean start.

 

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser to check if this a browser-related issue.
