Question

I am interested to see my historic CashFlow over time. The CashFlow displayed under my account is factually incorrect. Any thought on that?

I appreciate your patience and efforts in contacting our support team, Dorian. I acknowledge the importance of having accurate information from your bank displayed in the Cash Flow tab. Allow me to explain further and direct you to the support team who handles this matter.

QuickBooks relies on the information provided by your bank. In this case, I recommend reaching out to our live support team. I know you've already been in touch with them, but they can set up a screen-sharing session to examine the discrepancies between your bank data and your QuickBooks records.

Additionally, you might consider running a Statement of Cash Flows report and comparing it with your bank statements to identify specific transactions or entries contributing to the inaccuracies. Please see the attached screenshot for visual reference.

Thank you ShyMae. Following to your advice I have approached the QuickBooks Online team. They have notified me that in order for me to get this bug with cashflow resolved I have to move into the highest subscription level called advanced, that costs $275 per month. Since the Cash Flow feature is very basic functionality to me, that has been available since I started with Quickbooks in July last year, I am very surprized by their response. After all, it was a bug in the system that was caused by involunary disconnecteion of one of my accounts. When this account was reconnected, the bug with cash flow happened. Anyway their offer does not make sense.
