I am looking for my W 2 and cannot find it

Printing your W-2s depends on how you choose to pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes. If unsure, check your automatic tax payments and form filing status first.

Here's how to locate and print the form: 

1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, select the Annual Forms.
3. Choose either All Employees or a specific employee name from the dropdown.
4. Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2, and choose the appropriate filing period from the dropdown.
5. Click View to open Adobe Reader in a new window, then select the print icon on the Reader toolbar and finish the steps by clicking Print again.

If you can't see the Forms tab, please go back to this thread and share some screenshots. This way, we can determine the cause of this.
