The steps on canceling your payroll subscription may vary depending on the type of payroll you're subscribing to. Before that, make sure you complete and process your final payroll and print the necessary payroll reports.

Cancel payroll through company file:

1. From the Employees dropdown menu, select My Payroll Service then Account/Billing Info.
2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login and the Account Portal page will open.
3. Select Cancel Service.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to cancel your payroll service.

Cancel payroll through Intuit account:

1. Sign in to your Intuit Account.
2. Under Products & Services, select Details next to the status of the payroll subscription that you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Service and follow the on-screen steps to cancel your payroll service.
