I am not able to fill out required field to sign up. Can someone tell me why?

It's possible that your browser's store frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), to act weirdly. Let's try some troubleshooting steps so you can sign up for QBSE successfully.

 

To check if it's a browser data-related issue, let's try signing up using a private window or incognito. Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
