Hi there, himanshu. I can help you locate the account ID of your Provisional Service income account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you want to locate the account number of the Provisional service income account in the Chart of Accounts, you'll need to turn on and assign account numbers for your chart of accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. From the Advanced tab.
  3. Select Edit in the Chart of Accounts section.
  4. Turn on Enable account numbers and select Show account numbers if you want them to show in reports and transactions.
  5. Hit Save and Done.

Next, you'll need to assign an account number to your account. Refer to this article for guidance: Use account numbers in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to locate the Account ID to use use for creating deposits using the API. Yet, the Account ID will only show on the Asset accounts with a View Register option. See the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Locate the account you want to find the Account ID for.
  4. Click View Register.
  5. Then, in the URL you'll see accountID= and the number next to it is the Account ID.

If you're referring to something else, please let me know. That way, I can provide the exact resolution for your concern.

Furthermore, I'm leaving this article for future reference in reconciling accounts to ensure your books match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here to assist you further if you have additional concerns or clarification with handling the account ID of your accounts in QuickBooks.
