I am noticing issues while using QB Online on my IPad Pro. Have problems been reported concerning use of the program on an IPad Pro?

For instance, I am not able to go to a customer and change the billing address information in her profile.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll walk you through the troubleshooting steps to ensure you can change the billing address information in the customer's profile. Previously, there hasn't been reported as an ongoing issue regarding the use of QuickBooks on an iPad Pro.

 

There are times when your QuickBooks Online app on IPad Pro has a lot of data which may cause being unable to go to a customer's information and change the billing address from there. To fix this, I suggest resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state. 

 

To do that:

 

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

 

If the same thing happens after performing the steps above, I reccomend uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO application. Here's a link that provides complete details about fixing app-related issues: QuickBooks App for Windows General support.
