I’m here to provide you with steps on how to cancel your subscription using your browser.

 


The processes to cancel QuickBooks Online are different depending on where you purchased your membership. 


Follow these steps below:


1. Use a PC to open a web browser.
2. Log in as an administrator to QuickBooks Online.
3. Go to Account and Settings.
4. Select Billing & Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
If you don't see the Billing and Subscription page, you probably purchased QuickBooks via a mobile app shop. The steps for your device are listed below.
5. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online from the QuickBooks section. Select Cancel trial if you're canceling a trial.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
 


Please note that your data is accessible for 90 days if you cancel during a free trial or if your trial expires. Your account will be suspended after that, and you will need to re-subscribe to gain access to your data.
