I am trying to link my Ulta credit card, I know I have the correct username and password, it keeps saying it is not correct any anwers what I can do?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.
