I am trying to resubscribe but it will not let me enter my zip code to update my business info

when i try to resubscribe the screen will not let me update my business info

I'm here to ensure you can update your business info in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @henryconnorbosth.

 

When you resubscribe to QuickBooks, you should be able to enter your zip code normally. If you haven't tried refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard, you can do it. If the same thing happens, log in to your QBO account using a private or incognito window. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed, in, do the steps to resubscribe your account again. If you're able to enter your zip code, that's good news. You can go back to your regular browsing history and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
