I am trying to set this up for my business. I have questions.....I requested a phone call and have not received one. What is the best way to get help from someone?

Hello there, @userdonanellesbar.

 

The best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon on the top right, and then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel. Just enter your contact details then, click Start messaging, and will help you within 5 minutes. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top.
  2. Click the Contact Us link.
  3. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  4. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  5. Choose Start messaging to connect with us.

 

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Assistant page, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact Us.
  5. Select Send a message to start a conversation.

 

Also, the support hours of QuickBooks Online (QBO) are from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).
