I am trying to update my payment information however i dont have a "billing and subscriptions" tab in my account settings .

There are some possible reasons and solutions you can perform to resolve the missing Billing & Subscription tab. Here is the list of them:

 

  • You purchased the program via iPhone, iTunes, Android, or Google Play Store. To update the billing information, you'll have to go to your phone settings or Google Play Store.
  • Your access is set up as a standard user. Reach out to your Master Admin to change your access rights. Please have him follow the steps on how to change your permissions through this article: Add, Delete, or Change User Access
  • Your browser had data issues that caused QuickBooks to act weirdly. To get this fixed, you'll have to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
