I am trying to upgrade quickbooks online but my Iphone does not give me the option to upgrade to a higher plan

My only option is to change the payment from monthly to yearly. But no option to upgrade to a better plan.

We can try updating your subscription through the web. Just access your QBO account and upgrade from there. You can also check out the available pricing plans to see which subscription level is right for you. Here's how to upgrade your account:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  3. Choose Account and settings.r
  4. Tap the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  6. In the QuickBooks Online section, tap Upgrade your plan.
  7. Review the available plans and then hit Choose plan.
  8. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.

 

Here's an article you can refer to for more details on upgrading or downgrading your QuickBooks Online subscription. If the same thing happens, try signing in to QBO using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
