Question

I am unable to login to QuickBooks Time for some reason. It appears to be accepting user and pass, but it just hangs and goes back to login. Very eager, any thoughts?

Also cannot login via the iPhone app (13 Pro Max). We are eager to poke around and integrate into our workflows. The account was last logged into July 16, 2022. Maybe there is a known issue? Havent used it, would be completely fine with closing and starting over.

Thank you for joining us here in the Community, @Alex11_2.

It isn't the kind of experience I'd like you to have. I'm here to help you log into your QuickBooks Time account.

There is an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Time using the iPhone app. Don't worry. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I recommend contacting our support. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users to receive notifications and updates on the investigation.

Meanwhile, there is no reported issue with using QuickBooks Time using a browser. You can perform troubleshooting steps to resolve this. You can start by accessing the account through the incognito window. This way, you can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

If that succeeds, you should clear the cache of your default browser to remove any previously saved surfing information. Another excellent choice is to use a supported browser.

I suggest contacting our support team if you're still having problems. It enables an agent to analyze your account in a secure environment and look into the root of any login problems.
