I am unable to sign in to the app.

I'm here to help ensure you're able to log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using the mobile app. You'll want to use a web browser first, then enter your login credentials.

 

When that works, try it on your mobile app and make sure to enter the same credentials. If it doesn't work, go back to the web browser. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your user ID or password link to reset your login information. 

 

If you're still unable to sign-in on the mobile app, I highly recommend contacting our QBSE Support Team. They can further investigate what's causing this unusual behavior. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Log in to QBSE using a web browser, then select Assistant from the top menu.
  2. Enter or say “Talk to a human.”
  3. Choose Start a chat to connect with a support expert.
