I am using QuickBooks online. Is there a way to force a logout on the Apple App. Or, just turn off App access temporarily?

Hi JGIES,

Currently, there isn't an option to force log out or disable someone from accessing a QBO account on an iOS device. You can send a suggestion about this by clicking the Gear icon and choosing Feedback.

If you have other questions, please let me know.

Good day, JGIES.

I'll be glad to share the steps where you can locate the sign out option from the app.

Here are the steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online app.
  2. Select the Menu (indicated by 3 horizontal lines) icon.
  3. Tap on the Settings icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Scroll down at the bottom and you will see the Sign Out button.

Renjolyn, Thanks for the reply. But I am actually looking to force logout all users of the iOS app. I don't have access to all of the devices. Alternatively, I was looking for a way to temporarily disable access of the iOS app to the data / software.
